Do I need to book an appointment?

Our master loctician only takes appointments. However we have a team of talented locticians that takes walk ins Monday-Saturday 930a-7p

How can I book an appointment?

You can book online or visit us in person.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

How should I prepare for my hair appointment?

Please arrive on time. You are given a 10 mins grace period. After 15 mins $10 late fee
Anything over 15 mins late will result in your appointment being canceled and no refund will be issued.

How long will my appointment take?

Service times vary depending on the service.
Our goal is to get you in and out delivering quality service.

Can I bring a reference photo?

Absolutely! Photos help us better understand your desired look.

Will hair coloring damage my hair?

We use professional products and techniques to minimize damage, and we recommend treatments to keep your hair healthy.

We also provide the color.

Are your tools sanitized?

Yes, we follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all tools and equipment.

Do you provide consultations?

Yes, consultations are available to discuss your needs before any major service.
All new clients require a consultation before services are rendered.
We also offer virtual consultations for our clients outside of a certain radius. When booking your consultation just include a note of your city/state you reside in and we will make you consultation virtual.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, zelle, chime, mobile payments, etc.
We also accept checks however there is a $35 returned check fee and if there’s any issues with your check (insufficient funds/fraud) then you will no longer be able to serviced at our salon.

Are tips included in the service price?

Tips are not included but are always appreciated.

Can I bring my child or guest?

Children and guests are welcome, but space may be limited depending on the service.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Please let us know before leaving and we’ll do our best to make it right.
There are no refunds or corrections once you leave.
