SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All product orders are processed within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During promotions, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or text message.
  • Please allow 24โ€“48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to:

  • Enter the correct shipping address
  • Ensure phone number and email are accurate
  • Confirm all order details before checkout

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

We will assist in filing a claim if applicable.

Product Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (loc extensions, haircare, and custom items):

  • All product sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds
  • We do not offer exchanges

Please carefully review:

  • Length
  • Thickness
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Product descriptions

before completing your purchase.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed:

  • It cannot be modified or canceled

  • It cannot be refunded

Service Policy (Appointments)

All services are structured, timed, and professionally scheduled to ensure quality and efficiency.

Payment Policy

  • All services are paid in full at checkout
  • Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable
  • No appointments are held without payment

Appointment Duration

  • Standard services: 2 hours
  • Loc Repair: 4 hours

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

No Refund Policy (Services)

Once a service has been completed:

  • No refunds will be issued
  • Results vary based on hair condition and maintenance

If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving your appointment so we can make reasonable adjustments.

Consultation-Required Services

The following services require consultation prior to booking:

  • Loc Reattachment
  • Instant Locs (hair must be 8+ inches)
  • Loc Repair
  • Micro Loc Installations
  • Extensions

Failure to book a required consultation may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment
  • No-shows will not be refunded
